The vacancy data tool (excel workbook) is designed for EPPS and their District Partners to look at three years of data. EPP and district data are entered directly into the workbook which automatically generates visualizations that highlight gaps and surpluses in selected concentration areas.

In this toolkit, the Shared Reading strategy is described including ways to support all learners using Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles. An example assignment with a sample Shared Reading lesson plan is provided for instructors and trainers to use to support early childhood educators.

This toolkit provides basic background information on reading fluency and practice-based strategies. It includes a definition for reading fluency and discusses the importance of reading fluency. Evidence-based strategies for teaching reading fluency and excerpts from fluency lessons are included.
